Organizational Model 231 and Code of Ethics

Elcon Megarad S.p.A., consistently committed to conducting its business with transparency, fairness, and lawfulness, approved its Organizational Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 on 17/10/2024.
To this end, following a preliminary “risk assessment” of areas typically more exposed to 231 risks, specific safeguards were implemented to ensure the proper conduct of business within the Model and Code of Ethics. These principles serve as a valuable asset for the work of directors, managers, employees, consultants, and all corporate stakeholders.

Whistleblowing

Elcon Megarad S.p.A. fosters an open corporate culture grounded in ethics, transparency, and accountability.
To this end, the Company provides all internal and external stakeholders with a platform to report directly to the Supervisory Board any irregularity, properly substantiated or documented, of which they have become aware and which could harm the Company or Third Parties. With everyone’s responsible contribution, motivated by a sense of ethics and good faith, Elcon Megarad S.p.A. can intercept potential irregularities and promptly take corrective measures. In the interest of the common good, a secure reporting channel protects whistleblowers and safeguards the Company from potential damage or illicit acts, including financial or reputational harm.
